Attention Tax Exempt Customers

We need all tax-exempt customers to bring their current State of Arkansas Standard Permit by 1/31/2022. This permit must have an issue date of 2022 or later. You can request a copy of your permit through the Arkansas Department of Finance.

The Standard Permit must have the owners name listed on the permit. (Not just the business name)

If your Standard Permit does not have the owners name on it, we will need a copy of the business license with the business name and owners name.

Only the owner(s) listed on the permit will be allowed to register their tax-exempt status and make tax-exempt purchases.
